Pirates in general

Pirates in general were nasty, ruthless and killed their victims on the spot.

They had terrible hygeine and their food supply would often run out, leaving them to starve or eat stale and inedible food.

Most of their food supply was heavily salted to preserve it.

The captains also gave out ghastly punishments that could result in death. The punishments they used were: Flogging with cat o' nine tails, Keel-hauling and general whippings.
- Pirates aslo had jobs on board, like swabbing the deck adn stiching anf making clothes.
- Pirates have been roving our seas for hundreds of years and their are still a few that are alive to this day.
